This office has a strong focus in Estate Planning and End-of-Life Issues. Our office can assist with structuring estates to minimize taxes, creating legal documents, probate avoidance, asset protection, and advice on Medicaid and Long-Term Care Planning.
We offer many services including wills, trusts, Lady Bird Deeds, Transfer on Death Deeds, powers of attorney, and other estate-related documents.
This office provides private professional guardianship services. If your loved one is in need of a guardianship, we can serve as the guardian or we can assist you with obtaining and maintaining a guardianship with you or someone else serving as the guardian for your loved one.
This office offers real estate document preparation services including deeds, owner-financing documents, contracts, and closing documents.
Our office offers online and in-person mediation services. If your case is ordered to mediation, or if you wish to try to settle a matter in mediation prior to filing a lawsuit then you can request a mediator. A mediator facilitates communication, promotes understanding, assists the parties to identify their needs and interests, and uses creative problem solving techniques to enable the parties to reach their own agreement. Unlike court or arbitration, no one imposes a solution on a party. The mediation process is voluntary and confidential and can be a much less expensive way to come to an agreement without a lawsuit or proceeding to trial.
This firm offers services to those that are seeking a divorce, adoption, or termination of parental rights if the matter is uncontested (all parties are in agreement).
What is an Uncontested Divorce? An uncontested divorce can mean either an agreed divorce or a default divorce. In an uncontested divorce, there are no disagreements about what the parties want to happen. Uncontested divorces are usually much simpler and faster than contested divorces and can often be finalized by agreement and signatures of the parties.
